1. Cross-platform and Account Sync

  • The same Perfect World account syncs progress across PC, mobile, and PS5.
  • In-game purchases are not shared across platforms.
  • Test server purchase rebates are available through official channels.

2. Performance Optimization

Official teams are actively updating the game to fix crashes and improve low-end device performance.

Player troubleshooting:

Problem Fix
Crash / frame drops / overheating Lower graphics settings, disable frame interpolation, use SSD if available.
iOS low storage warning Restart device, clear cache, reinstall if needed to refresh storage calculation.
Program not responding Restart computer, run launcher as admin, temporarily disable antivirus.
File validation error Use the launcher's repair tool or redownload the game.
Download stuck at 0% Check VPN/proxy, change download node, restart launcher.
Audio problems Public beta fixed mobile audio issues. Restart the client if it persists.

3. Network and Installation Notes

  • Overseas players should use a game accelerator like UU Accelerator or SixFast to reduce latency.
  • Prefer a wired connection and close bandwidth-heavy apps.
  • Restart your router/modem to clear network cache.

Installation requirements:

  • Windows 10 64-bit or higher.
  • Reserve at least 60GB free SSD space and an extra 60GB for decompression.
  • Use an all-English install path if prompted by the launcher.
  • If RAM is 16GB or lower, set virtual memory to 1.5�?x physical memory.
